While Youth Haven's primary focus is children, families and churches also play a large part in this year-round outreach. At the Michigan Ranch, the Youth and Family Ministries Center, affectionately known as the Hayloft Lodge, has been designed to serve as your conference headquarters. It may be utilized for meetings, conferences, dining, sleeping, and other activities that may be applicable to your group. The East and West Conference Centers may be booked separately or jointly, depending upon the size of your group.

Multi-Purpose, 25,000 Square-Foot Conference Center Includes:

2 commercial kitchen facilities and dining rooms

Multi-purpose recreational and conference areas with central restrooms

30 private, modern, motel-style rooms with bath, shower, and linens provided

Hayrides, bonfires, nature trails (with pre-arranged scheduling. Ranch facilities such as the gym or chapel are sometimes available upon request.)
The Hayloft Conference Center is 100% self-contained, allowing for group activities without interrupting our children’s programming. We do not allocate any money from our children’s faith ministry to cover Hayloft expenses; we operate and maintain the Hayloft on an established minimum donation basis for group use.
All groups are given an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the ministry of Youth Haven through a presentation by the children, who recite memorized scripture, give their testimonies, and sing songs that they have learned while attending the Ranch. A question and answer time ends each group's session, where visitors have the privilege of hearing how Youth Haven is impacting the lives of needy and deserving children.
A special feature of this facility is the availability of two Presidential Rooms, where pastors, missionaries, and other full-time Christian workers can come to experience God's blessings on a short term basis. These rooms offer a time away from daily activities with 100% privacy, as well as conveniences such as a color television, private phone, linens and towels, a mini-kitchen complete with refrigerator and microwave, and more. The Presidential Rooms are offered without charge by approval of the Ranch President and are scheduled separately from other Family Ministries activities.
